At OG Pitara, every order is packed with love and carefully checked before dispatch. We truly hope you love your purchase, but if there’s an issue, we’re here to help.
Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery.
To process your request, you must provide:
- A clear unboxing video starting from the sealed package before opening.
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product.
- Your Order ID.
Requests without a complete unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or exchange.
Exchange Policy
We only offer a replacement or exchange in cases where:
- The product arrives damaged during transit.
- You receive the wrong item.
Once your claim is verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost, subject to product availability.
No Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Ordering the wrong product
- Ordering by mistake
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or returned.
Product Appearance
Please note that slight variations in colour, finish, or appearance may occur due to:
- Studio lighting
- Photography
- Screen and mobile display settings
Such minor variations are natural and will not be considered defects or valid reasons for return or exchange.
